Mage spell changes

Some bard spells become available to mages.
Teleport without error had been removed. Mages have access to much slower, but errorless, dimension door now.

Psionic powers

Psionic powers will no longer require components for both psions and psywarriors.
Shifters will still spawn with satchels (because @kismet wants moneys).

Charm and rally

Charm is REALLY fixed now, thanks Tobius for testing.
Success of this power will depend on Bard's charisma score, much like <calm> and <anger>

Rally will default to <rally melee>. Check out <help rally> for other options. In addition, this feat got slight increase in power.

De-nerf: Subj gives +5 static level-indepndnt AC bonus. Corret me if that is not all light armor set.
Nerf: Monk AC Wis bonus no longer works for barbs.

Ibrandul's challenge rating should be back at pre 2017 level. There were no changes made to him, it is due to changes in spellcaster powers.

AOE Stacking

AOE Stacking is partially back.
You can now have several different aoe spells up. E.g. ice storm and incendiary cloud, hail crystals and ectoplasmic swarm, earthquake and storm of vengence.

Spell damage standard

Primitive spell damage standard has been installed:
Spells of l1 have 1d4 die, l2-3 have 1d6 hit die, l4-5 have 1d8, l6-7 have 1d10, l8-9 have 1d12.
AOE spells receive 7 levels of penalty. (e.g. incendiary cloud of l8 is cast with l1 spell damage).
Splash damage spells receive 1 level of penalty.
Which puts damage at the same level as old behavior, but it will allow wiz to adjust things across classes with ease. For examle, I added 1337 levels for penalty to psywarriors. How fun!
For how™ this affects only bard, sorc and mage spells, and classes that share these spells.

Sleet storm

Sleet storm no longer deals damage. Like SRDs, It has a change to briefly to make you prone and blind. Unlike SRDs, it won't last long: 5 rounds is theoretical maximum at level 50.

True Metabolism

True metabolism will no longer stack with itself. Behavior of the spell has been changed slightly as well, refer to the helpfile. Warminds will receive significant penalty when using it.

Nunu passed along that Klauth has been nerfed. A party of 5 already has beaten it and took goodies. Go ahead and punish him for staying alive for 2 years. Bring radiant servant, thoough.

Treeants

Druids got treeants back in the form of liveoak spell. I nerfed given treeants, they should be at elemental level. It is basicly SRD animate staff spell, but without staff requirement, gives you a minion to do simple tasks and deal with some minor combat hassle.

Greater teleport

Greater teleport is back per srd description. It will bring all your followers and everyone in your party with you.
Unlike similar spell that warlocks have, this spell works without delay.

Default spell damage table

I'm shifting down default spell damage table and introducing intemediate, not even, damage dice.

L1:1d4
L2:1d5
L3:1d6
L4:1d7
L5:1d8
L6:1d9
L7:1d10
L8:1d11
L9:1d12
L10..20:1d12 (Mostly monk elemental spells)
Fallback:1d5

Warlocks now receive BONUS of 1 level instead of penalty to their damage table, all eldritch spells should be partially converted.
Bards ceceive bonus of 1 level to their damage table.
Psywarriors penalty had been decreased, they receive 2 levels of penalty.

Splash damage spells receive 1 level of penalty.
AOE spells receive 8 levels of penalty (i.e. most of aoe spells are cast with L1 damage table, L9 spells are cast with L2 damage table).

If you're used to old system, this damage table is still higher than it used to be on average.

Since many monk spells are above L12 I decided to give them highest possible damage table. I'm sure it won't help them anyway.

Spell validation

Added spell list checker. You can run it manualy with <prepare check LIST CLASS>, or just prepare your list it will run automatically and warn you about spell level moves, spell removals.
E.g. sunburst for mages recently moved from lvl 9 to level 8, reducing its damage table. If you prepare list with that spell, it will warn you it got updated and will ask you to read the helpfile.
In addition, master will validate your mastered spells as well.

Outsider inventory

Outsiders will take whatever you give them to the other world, and will bring it back upon next summon.
This includes both beckoned from beyond and gate spell.
