Clarified half-ogre phenotypes per request with Dreamscarred press variant (less to code). Feel free to put anything small into description, as ogre blood dominates these halfbreeds they don't inherit anything but small visual features of their outsider bloodlines and aren't treated in any special way by the game engine (less to code).
Just remember that your rarity expected to be RPed in some manner.

<set persist on|off> should now work as advertised, silly typo prevented it from working properly, thanks for the reports.

Vampires

Bringing back vampires closer to the sources.
  • Vampire sunlight damage no longer scales depending on the blood hunger, it is now always max_hp/10 per second, even at full saturation.
  • Fast healing won't work under the sunlight at all.
  • Draining for health will once again double your hp pool.
  • Vampire bat can <wing>.
  • Sunlight damage will kick in only if there is the sun on the sky, that is only if there is no heavy clouds or ongoing eclipse. Dusk and Dawn for now won't count towards it.

Sleep effects will no longer depend on constitution and are limited to 120 rounds (about 10-12 minutes).
No more eternal sleepers!

Animate plants, sticks into snakes, monster summoning N have been adjusted to cause less lag in big battles: you'll summon less monsters, but they'll be beefier.

Some stuff got updated, and there is new stuff to.



I really wanted to end at this, but fine:
bunch of abjuration spells for mages/clerics/bards and one for psi/spy
some enchantment spells
2-3 divination spells
some background work for generating spell lists
new spell book filters for mages
some tweaks to some spells and some fixes

[greater] shadow evo|necro|conj spells got their levels fixed according to srds
Note that shadow spell are partially real, so good persons won't use them to cast certain spells like hellfire ray or animate dead.

Sorc bloodlines have been implemented.
They function the way mage shools functioned before cat times.
<help bloodlines>, <advance> to apply on old chars.

New (old) Area Opened

A new area is implemented in the underdark area of the Charu Mountains, and it seems to be in the lvl 20-25 range. This area is brought to you by a past creator named Brandobaris, and it somehow wasn't carried over from a couple server swaps ago. But now it's back, and it's fabulous!

Another New (old) Area

After many years, the entrance to Deep Echo Mountains has been uncovered.

Because this area is attached to a generally lower leveled area, anyone under level 12 will find themselves unable to access it at all. The area creator (I have no idea?) suggests it's for lvl 15. Have fun, and please let me know if it's not working as intended. Thank you!

Note that invisibility and hidden have been separated for players.
Detecting invisibility won't allow you to see hidden entities just like search doesn't allow you to detect invisible entities.
True seeing is an exception to that, which acts both for invisibility and hidden objects, however, you won't be able to notice sneaking.

Spellturning preperty granted by some spells and items won't stack with reflection and spell reflection feats, this behavior was a bug.
